The guide to effective participation

This guide contains a mixture of theory and practice for effective participation. It provides a theoretical model for thinking about participation, as well as practical advice on tools and techniques that can be used to identify blocks and find solutions. The main theoretical ideas are summarised as ‘ten key issues of participation’. In addition to the theory and practice sections, an A-Z section provides a pool of ideas and practical advice.
